Privacy notice
This notice covers this website, www.molequant.com. It does not cover the MoleQuant client portal, which is governed by your service agreement — see the last section.
The short version
- Nothing analytical loads until you accept it. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are injected only after you press Accept on the banner. Decline, or ignore the banner, and neither script is ever fetched — not loaded and blocked, but never requested at all.
- HubSpot is involved whatever you choose. The enquiry form is HubSpot’s, so what you type into it goes to HubSpot and to us. It is not behind the banner, because the page cannot send an enquiry without it. It is now the only third party a visitor reaches before accepting anything — the typefaces used to come from Google Fonts and are served from this site instead as of 27 October 2026.
- The two calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into the sprint or VMI calculator is sent anywhere unless you then press the button that takes you to the enquiry form and submit it.
- You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of the home page.
What is processed, and when
When you load the page
Your browser requests this page, its images and its typefaces. That necessarily involves your IP address and your browser’s user agent reaching our web server, which is operated by us on Google Cloud in Doha, Qatar. All of it comes from this one server. The typefaces are files on it, like the images, so loading this page sends your IP address to nobody but us.
Until 27 October 2026 the typefaces were requested from Google Fonts at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which meant your IP address reached Google on page load whatever you chose on the banner, and this notice said so. Those requests are gone. If they are ever reinstated this notice changes with them, in the same commit.
Our server keeps standard web-server logs of these requests. Nothing else loads at this point — no analytics, no session recording, no heatmap and no advertising script — and no cookie is set by our own markup. The analytics scripts are defined in the page but are not requested until you accept.
If you accept analytics
Pressing Accept on the banner injects two scripts:
- Google Analytics (measurement ID
G-PQY092FW45). Counts visits and records which pages were viewed, how far down them you scrolled, and which calls to action were clicked. Processed by Google. - Microsoft Clarity (project
yi5sls7zpm). Records an anonymised replay of the session and builds heatmaps of where visitors click. Processed by Microsoft.
Both set their own identifiers in your browser under their own terms. We use what they report to understand which parts of the site are read and which are not; we do not use it to identify you.
Change your mind with Cookie settings in the footer of the home page, which clears your choice and asks again. Declining afterwards stops anything further loading; it cannot retrieve what a previous session already sent, and a script already running in the open tab keeps running until you reload. To remove what is already stored, clear your browser’s site data for this domain.
When you submit the enquiry form
The enquiry form near the foot of the page is embedded from HubSpot (EU region). It renders inside a frame served by HubSpot, so the fields, their validation and their appearance are defined there rather than here. When you submit it, what you typed is transmitted to HubSpot and stored in our HubSpot account, and we are notified.
Because that frame is HubSpot’s rather than ours, HubSpot may set its own identifiers in your browser under its own terms when the embed loads. We cannot describe those on HubSpot’s behalf, and we do not read them.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to deal with the enquiry it concerns. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question. If JavaScript is disabled the form does not render at all, and the page offers an email address instead.
When you use a calculator
The sprint calculator and the VMI calculator compute entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted as you type and are not sent to us by the act of using them.
Pressing the button that takes you from a calculator to the enquiry form writes those figures to your browser’s session storage first, so they are available to the form. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab, and the figures reach us only if you then complete and submit the form.
When you write to us directly
Email addresses published on this site — info@molequant.com for enquiries and security@molequant.com for security reports — compose a message in your own email program. Nothing has left your device until you press send there. Once you send it, we hold that email in order to reply to you.
What is stored in your browser
- Your consent choice
- Whether you accepted or declined, so you are not asked again on every visit. Stored locally in your browser rather than sent to a server, so it is not visible to us. Strictly necessary — without it the banner cannot remember a refusal.
- Calculator figures
- Only if you press a calculator’s button to go to the enquiry form. Held in session storage, which your browser clears when the tab closes, and never sent anywhere by itself.
- Analytics identifiers
- Only if you accepted — identifiers set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity under their own terms.
- HubSpot’s own storage
- The embedded enquiry form is served by HubSpot and may set identifiers under HubSpot’s terms. Those are HubSpot’s, not ours.
If you want to see this for yourself rather than take it on trust, open your browser’s network tab and reload the page without accepting: the only third-party host requested is HubSpot’s form script, loaded last. Everything else — the markup, the stylesheets, the images and the typefaces — comes from www.molequant.com. Neither googletagmanager.com nor clarity.ms appears until you press Accept.
Who else is involved
Everyone who processes anything from this website, and what for. The platform’s own sub-processors are listed in the Trust Centre.
- Google Cloud
- Hosting. The server for this site and for the platform runs in Doha, Qatar.
- HubSpot
- Serves and receives the enquiry form, and stores the enquiries we receive. EU region.
- Google Analytics
- Only with your consent. Visit and page-view measurement. Processed by Google.
- Microsoft Clarity
- Only with your consent. Anonymised session replay and heatmaps. Processed by Microsoft.
Nothing from this website is used to train any model, ours or a provider’s. Nothing you submit here reaches the platform’s AI providers.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them are kept for as long as we are dealing with the enquiry and for our ordinary business records afterwards, and are deleted on request. Web-server logs are kept for operational and security purposes.
A specific period is not stated here yet, and it should be. The retention policy that governs client data on the platform is approved at version 1.0 and is described in the Trust Centre; the equivalent figure for website enquiries has not been set. Ask and we will tell you where that stands rather than quote a number nobody has agreed.
Your rights, and how to use them
Write to info@molequant.com. If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, say which and we will act on it.
Where you are in a jurisdiction whose law gives you specific rights over your personal data — Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law and the QFC Data Protection Regulations, or the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK — those rights apply and this address is how to exercise them.
This notice is published as an accurate description of what this website does, checked against the page’s own markup rather than written from memory. It has not yet had a legal review, and the lawful-basis wording and retention periods a full notice should carry are not yet stated. If you need those before deciding whether to contact us, ask and we will tell you where that stands.
What this notice does not cover
The MoleQuant client portal at /client is a different thing from this website. What it processes, how long it is kept, who may reach it and what happens at the end of a contract are governed by your service agreement and by the policies described in the Trust Centre — not by this page.
Two things worth saying here anyway, because they are the questions this page gets asked: your formulations are never used to train any model, and each client’s data is reachable only within that client’s own scope. The Trust Centre states each control with its real status, including the ones that are not finished.
